Dear all:
I read some papers , and see that
the L of transformer alway be im(Z11)/w
but I think the single inductor is im(1/Y11)/w
the two isn't the same,why?

and Munal inductance is Ml=im(Z12)/w
Munal cap is Mc=im (Y12)/w

why?

thanks ~

In case you just need to simulate/extract it in Cadence with Sonnet tool EM simulations for the inductor, you can directly read the L values following the S-Param simulation.

This is a good tutorial...

For transformer parameter extraction, you can check this one as well....

hope its useful...

Cheers

Thank you ,it is very kind of you!
