Hai friends,
I am working on LB150 weather station and able to receive and decode all nmea sentences from weather station using microcontroller. But, now the weather station has default settings, that makes it to send data continuously. I don't need all these sentences. So, I tried to disable all the commands and enable some of them. But it is not accepting any command send by me. I'm sure that the checksum is correct. The sentences i used are:

$PAMTC,EN,ALL,0*1D\r\n //Disables all sentences from weather station
$PAMTC,EN,S*13\r\n //Save settings to non-volatile memory

I tried to disable some of the commands separately, but that too not working. If you have any idea, please help me......

Hai,
I tried sending the commands without checksum also. But that's not helping. The device is sending data continuously and not accepting any commands. Does anyone know a solution for this...Kindly, help me...please...

Hai,
I found out the exact problem. It was my own fault.
The weather station has RS 422 OUTPUT. I'm converting it to TTL output (5V) .
I've taken the RS422+/- signals from the converter IC in reverse.
i.e,RS422+ to the -ve pin and viceversa.

Thanks
