This welder allows you to weld with current from 20 to 100A, by electrodes theoretically to 3,25mm. Practically the best results are gained at electrode to 2,5mm.

Dimensions of the welder are really small. Everything was closed in a housing of 78x120x165mm.

The welder operates in a topology of two-transistor though transistor. Output rectifier consists of four diodes DSEI60-06A, connected in parallel in pairs. The driver is based on UC3845, operating with a frequency of 40kHz. Inverter operates on two transistors IRG4PC50W. Transformer of the inverter was made on EE65 ferrite core from 3C90. Choke on two connected cores EE55 from N67. Welder power supply was based of inverter on TOP243G.
