Hello,

I am doing project on modbus based datalogger i need some sample codes to start with..
 

hello,

what kind of modbus:

- RTU modbus or ASCII modbus ?
- SLAVE mode ?
- dialogue trough serial link ?
point to point (RS232) or multi slave (RS485)


I did some trial any years ago on modbus exchange with industrial devices.

i add some tools written in VB6 to test modbus exchange.
and some other example in Turbos basic.

and i fund and this example in hi-tech-c ? for PIC16F887
