Sell MMIC components from major microwave components manufacturer for E-band 71-76/81-86 GHz for Tx/Rx chain design:

Power amps (3 qty), LNA (1 qty), double-balanced mixer (1 qty), IQ mixer (1qty), x3 and x2 multipliers (1 qty)...

Items are new and still in their original box.
First were intended for an aborted research project.
