i have problem to know whats wrong with my analog circuit.. before... i used potentiometer in order to read value and convert it to adc by using pic18f452..and then the result i display by using 3 types of led.. and everything its ok... my led works as what i want..
but now.. i replace potentiometer with photodiode sensor but my circuit does't work... Can anyone tell me what should i do in order to measure voltage across my photodiode sensor to use as an input to microcontroller??
here i attach my circuit diagram... please...

The most likely cause is that you don't have enough light. Try increasing R1.

hello,

maybe impedance input of analog input is too low.
try to add a buffer AOP .
can you measure the voltage accross photodiode
with a multimeter while a big source of light is on it ?

 ... i changE reistor to 100k and its works.,,, thank you,,,
