Hi all,

In what cases I need to make an antipad by myself? As I understood, it appears automatically on unrelated layers of PCB stackup. Am I right?

Veronika

hi veronika,

antipad means -copper removed pad ,
need clearance between pad and planes for examples pad size is 40mils antipad must be 60 mils (pad +20 mils )
