Hi

I'm using an R1-R2//C1 circuit (R1 in series with R2 in parallele with C1)

I haven't been doing any electronics in a while, I don't remember where is the best place to ground it, and how can I record the current flowing through the circuit (across a resistor, but across R1 or R2?? Does it matter). Purpose is to do impedance on this circuit V(stimulus)/I(response)

Thanks for help (and sorry if this must sound rather obvious stuff to most of you),

What do you mean "best place to ground it"? And do you mean BOTH R1 and R2 in parallel with C1, or just R2 in parallel with C1?

R2 in parallel with C1.

Well, I mean : where do I put a ground? Or do I actually need to put a ground or not?

I still don't understand. You've essentially got a two-terminal device, you can connect the two terminals it to anything you want. It doesn't do anything by itself, it needs to have an input and an output connection.

Let's back up: What are you trying to do? You say you are "using" this circuit. How are you using it? If you don't know what you are "using" this for, I sure can't tell you.
