i want to design the RF mixer for IF of upto 500khz.....mixer has two inputs
one is RF = range between 1to 10 Mhz
and LO= respective of RF to produce 500khz IF...
so plzzz send me the circuit diagram for this mixer with specifeid component....its urgent

Not enough info, and you've posted in the Microcontrollers forum when you know a mixer has
nothing to do with microcontrollers. Why not briefly search the web, learn a little about mixers,
and then ask a particular question if it is so urgent as you say.

my requirement is to design a RF mixer which normally takes two input one of RF and the other
as LO and will produce out put IF frequency...
like example:
RF=12Mhz
LO=11.5Mhz
IF=RF-LO(12-11.5)=500KHZ
SO ANY TYPE OF MIXER CIRCUIT FOR THIS CONFIGURATION .IF U CAN FIND OUT FOR ME..
I WILL VERY THANKFULL TO U.
SO PLZ HELP ME ABOUT THIS MATTER.
NOTE:(RF AND LO FREQUENCY CAN BE CHANGE BUT I.F FREQUENCY SHOULD NOT MORE THAN 500 KHZ)

MOve to RF design Forum. A radio such as this needs to tune BPF of RF channel with ganged LO so that image rejection is applied. 11.5MHz LO will mic 12MHz and 11MHz into 0.5MHz. so RF experts prefer to mix such a broad spectrum into 2 stage conversion unless you have good RF ganged tuneable filter. Wide tuner radios are much different. What sensitivity do you need?
What you ask for is not possible with your skill.
Reply in RF forum.

sir u can give me any design of RF mixer circuit what ever frequency are using on both inputs of mixer one RF and othe as LO....
but i need IF frequency not more than 500khz but it can be less than any frequency behind 500k..
so plz help and if u can concern about this with your other senior or expert members .
i hope for result..

i already have this chapter ....some thing new plzzzzzz....
there are many type of circuit but what are the components that i will use to produce output about 500khz

That document lists probably 99% of all mixer types. It also has worked design examples, for example figure 7.18, and all calculations
printed directly underneath it, to suit your needs. What thing "new" are you looking for?
If you don't actually want to "design" like your original statement expressed, why not look up some radio projects on the internet?

Before you design anything, you must specify the range of signal levels for each input and output and also the modulation values expected and the desired output result.

This is not an invention but an applied science where the requirements must be clear.

This is a classic mixer
