I am new to fourm.I want to desgn super linear power amplifier.I want to perform an accurate device level physical simulation in time domain utilizing RF signal in realistic circuit context to achive the best combination of linearity and power adoptivity for optimal system efficiency. I have no prior experienced of Tranisitor (MESFET,GaN/SiC) RF circuits simulations.please guide me !
