Hello everyone,

I am designing a Band Gap Reference circuit, all the circuits I can find(eg Brokov Bg reference) give an output voltage of ~1.25 volts(close to the band gap voltage of silicon at 0 Kelvin) , can anyone pls suggest an architecture that gives an output voltage of 3 volts? Thanks!

also, most circuits seem to require BJT's, can I design an BG reference using MOS transistors only??

Thanks!
