unable to send commands to aubtm-20

hi guys....im an arduino platform developer recently i bought an aubtm-20 module and it has got 2 ports one serial and other usb i connected it both that is i powered it up with the usb and connected it via serial to other port.....and i am having realterm and after setting the baud rate to 9600 and all other requirements i am connecting it to com5...in my case its com5....well after that i tried many commands but no response is seen on the output screen...could anyone help me out....here are the images of my aubtm-20 bluetooth-modem-aubtm-20.jpg

Me too having the same prob as U., i teried working with x-ctu for terminal for serial., first command alone working fine for me., first command is "LLL" it gives ok for that and not any of the rest commands.., do give a try for X-ctu and rep me dude :)
