Biomedical signal Interface with DC motor

Helloo sir,

I want to interface Eye movement [EOG]signal with the DC motor with the Microcontroller. My acquisition unit for eye movement is ready . I want to Use H bridge motor control using Microcontroller 89C51 or atmega 32. But I m not clear how to interface motor circuit. can you please give me some idea about 12 V DC motor control Using H bridge L293D, or L298N. and in which manner i will connect motors to my Eye motor contol unit so that motors run on froward backward and right and left side.

Please give us more information on your requirenments for example:
There are two motors for each eye ; an up-down motor and a left right motor
The signals of the eye detector are eye turned left (boolean) eye turn right(boolean) and the same for up and down
The motor will keep on running whilst the eye turned left signal is true ..........

Sir I want to codify My signal in this manner, for horizontal movement whern eye turns left motor rotates left side. when eye turns right motaor rotates right side. for the Up movement it runs in forward direction nd for the down movement it will stop.... How I can codify like this?

Give more detail on the eye movement aquisition unit

I get the Horizontal EOG signal by left nd right movement of EYE. as the eye potential change I get the sine wave like pulses of @ 250mili volt amplitude signal. For which right movement of Eye give positive pulse of sine wave when eye returned center position ampli. reaches zero. when EYe moves left position i get the negative pulses. same thing happen with the vertical movement of eye(up-down)..

for Up movemnt i get the positive pulses and for downward movement i get the negative sine pulse. but amplitude is comparatively low in vertical movement.

by placing electrodes nearer to eye i get this type of signal. this signal amplified and filtered with INA2126 and TL082.

I get the sine wave type waveform of both movement now I want to use this signal as a control signal for DC motor Driver and want to run motor in a different direction, so may be it will help full for the wheel chair type devices.
