pic micro controller
AS i m making line follower Robot i need help about pic micro controller ..................i need to rotate one motor fast while one one motor slow ........for rotation of my robot.............For this i need .help ........about pic micro controller ..and pwm pin ..........plz guide me

Re: pic micro controller

I could use some more information on what you need help with. Do you know how to program a pic? ASM or C? What are you using to detect the line? Why do you need motors rotating at different speeds? Do you need help with sending outputs? Do you understand PWMs? Need more information.

Re: pic micro controller

micro controller taking inputs from sensors ......and according to this it will rotate motor using l293 ic .....we need to rotate one motor slower and other one faster ...for slow turn ??

You need to set the PWM of the PIC. Adjust it to change the speed. Read the PIC datasheet.

If you are using a 12v geared 2 dc motors, then instead of PWM, you can vary the speed by switching the motor driver supply to 12v or 5v accordingly. Better to use L298 motor driver board with free wheeling diodes to avoid reverse current produced by the rotating motors.
