Greetings everyone,
Since I couldn't find a similar topic I decided to post my problem :
I am using Faraday Mem Maker along with UMC90 technology for SRAM generation.
In general, I want to use the .gds and .siz (net list) files from the me maker tool to perform some post-layout simulations with Hspice.
The flow utilises cadence 5 and Assura 4.1. The problem is that after the (successful) LVS of a cell-array block and its net list, the QRC tool exits with an error ( I have attached the report).
The warnings in the report always appear, even for cells that are extracted normally after creating a schematic by hand.
The funny thing is that UMC90nm doesn't have the transistors the are "missing" (P_L116_SPHVT etc) but others, named as P_10_SPHVT or similar.
I tried changing name and checking the .lib and .mdl files of the PDK as well as the files the seem to be problematic but couldn't find a solution, so if anyone has dealt with something similar in the past or has any kind of info, I would be grateful.
Thanks!

OK, the solution for those who might need it: First delete the SP layer in the layout because it forces the memory transistors to be named differently than the UMC90 ones. Then edit the net list and change the names of the transistors (PD,PG,L) to the generic UMC90 (N_10, P_10 etc).
Everything should work fine after that!
