Your statement makes little or no sense.

Are you requesting a recommendation for a microcontroller which can implement a PID controller?

If so state your requirements for the PID Controller in detail, as well as elaborate on its application.

hello,

but i need a pid controller which can take any universal input

PID control can be managed by somme PIC or AVR microcontroller
but to take any universal input , you need to build specific analog interface for each type of sensor
ie: Pt100, Thermocouple .. witch can give an analog output in the range of analog input of the microcontroller
maybe 0 - 5V or 1 -5V or 4-20mA on 250 ohms resistor..
Then your program application can use Physical units as Degres C or Degres F, or ... etc ..
If you can describe what do you want with more details, its could be usefull to get help.
