I have designed a ring oscillator using IC-Station, the problem is when I simulate the oscillations I have to use a high pulse with a small delay (1ns); the pulse is always high after 1ns till the end of the transient time, my inverters (used for ring osc) are of 0.45 nm so the supply voltage must be 1.2V, when I draw my layout I must draw the VDD, the problem is that VDD is 5 V so it is not working for simulations, is there any way to change value of Vdd so that I can get a clean LVS ?

Any EDA Design Station will allow for a configurable VDD value, even Mentor Graphics ;-)

Thanks for your help :) do you how can I configure it ?
I'm new to Mentor tools and I don't have sufficient manuals

Never used Mentor tools myself, sorry. You have to wait for a Mentor user.
