How to extract dc component from a signal in simulink using low pass filter?

The source frequency is 50HZ and I would like to extract the dc component of the signal.
I am using low pass filter in simulink but I do not know how to determine the cut off frequncy?

The signal dc component that I would like to exract is shown below.
