IR2110 help needed, HO is not operating correctly.

i have designed a half-brge using ir2110 and Tlp250 ( input for ir2110) VDD for both =12V ;
Ir2110 Lo pin is working correctly going from 0 to 12V but HO pin is going from 0 to 7V , cusing the o/p to vary from 0 to 7V. And when i connect load from O/p of brg to ground , voltage at o/p drops to 0.8V . However, when I connect the load from o/p to +12V than it works, . What i think that the lower mosfet is switching correctly but the High side MOSFET is not operating correctly. Any Advices.

Biasing

i have did same biasing of MOS as shown in IR2110 APP Note. and added a 1k res b/w gate and source of each mos.
 

The IR2110 operation is based on constant switching of the low side to charge the bootstrap capacitor and then the upper side switch to use the bootstrap capacitor chance for a short time, is this what you are doing?
 

You should post your schematic and a description of the control input signals you have used.
