fail to send mms sim300 ( new version supports mms)

hi,

i have bought this sim300 mms module which comes with mms command set.
i am using vodafone network in UK, i can send sms through the module but when i try to send MMS
sometimes it fails and few times it sends OK reply but i never recieve it, i am not sure whats going on.

vodafone settings:
Access Point Name: wap.vodafone.co.uk
Username: wap
Password: wap
Authentication: Normal
Data bearer: GPRS
Gateway IP (proxy) address: 212.183.137.12
Session mode: Permanent
Port number: 8799
MMS Message (Relay) Server URL: **broken link removed**

i am sorry if this is discussed earlier, i have browsed lot of threads but till now have failed to get success.
