hi all,

I want to have basic understanding in passive LPF, where we put a resistor in series and cap in parallel (other end to gnd).. but how will it behave if i put the other end of cap to Vcc?

As far as an AC signal is concerned, VCC and ground are the same. In other words, if you apply a signal that swings +/- 2 volts, the output of your filter will swing +/- 2 Volts (assuming it's in the passband).
