Changing Charge Injection parameter in Cadence

hi all,

I want to change the charge injection parameter "xpart" in the cadence 5.14..Can somebody tell me how to do it & where do i find the BSIM file in cadence to change the xpart from 0.5 to1??..Kindly help me
