when I started the simulation;
pin D- not modeled
pin D+ not modeled
please haw to correct this problem
 

Sounds like a pretty strong hint about unsupported USB interface simulation. Any questions besides this point?

You didn't mention the involved simulation tool, by the way.
 

delete usb and load the component again
 

I believe he means its not in the IBIS model?
Never simulated USB yet on a design, and I have done a few.
