Why qmax should be replaced by L*Iswing for voltage noise source with inductor?

For a voltage noise source in series with an inductor,
qmax should be replaced with L*Iswing, where L*Iswing
represents the maximum magnetic flux swing in the inductor

This is cite from ‘A General Theory of Phase Noise in Electrical Oscillators“ ,why qmax should be replaced with L*Iswing?
