Hi
I have designed the Sliding Mode Controller for Buck Converter in Matlab Simulink. Now I want to interface this controller with the Hardware through PCI-1711 card and PCLD-8710...

The PWM signal that is coming from the controller has 0-10V range, and current in mAa. I Need 40-50 watt(4-5 A and 10V) at the output and input is 12-20V. I am using IRF 540/640 for switching purpose. I Need some Driver IC for driving the MOSFET. I have used TC4427 for driving the MOSFET but the output that, i am applying on the gate is VDD-0.05 DC, instead of a PWM signal which is applied at the input of the TC4427. Hence by varying the input voltage of the Buck Converter, the output voltage does not changes..

So can any one please please help me to solve this issue... i am very much worried about this... I will be very thankful.....:)

I assume you have set up the circuit in the traditional buck setting with the MOSFET connected as a high-side device.

In that case, you need to use a high-side driver. A TC4427 is a low-side driver and can not be used to drive the MOSFET. Look at drivers like IR2117 and IR2118.

You should read up a bit about high-side and low-side configurations and why we need high-side drivers and can not use low-side drivers in circuits like the mentioned buck converter.

Hope this helps.
Tahmid.
