Flicker Noise Corner Frequency

according to what should i select "flicker noise corner frequency" that should be achieved in my system blocks design ?!
 

Depending your active device...It may be few hundred Hz to few tenth MHz...
 

As was stated, 1/f corner could be between hundreds of Hz and few MHz.
10kHz would be a lucky guess if is not mentioned the type of the active device used.
 

what do you mean by (type of active device) ?!? do you mean the technology used in design ??! or what !!

and does it have any rule ,or it's just by experience !!
 

I mean, JFET, BJT, GaAs FET, CMOS, have totally different flicker noise corner.
 
ok , now i decided to use CMOS technology .. still don't know based on what should i specify flicker noise corner.
