1)what's True-Digital?
2)What's Local Bus?
3)What's Diff B/W 5v and 5v Tolerant?

I do not know how to answer these question the way they are asked (especially 5) by let me take a bite in number 5).

It was designed to be a female connector the parallel port. I hope you guys do not sue the engineer who designed them first as gender discriminating fascist.

The connector gender is frequently selected for safety reasons. Accidental connections of the pins to each other should not cause circuit failures. Therefore, drive signals are usually on female types and loads on male types.

This is why the mains connectors on the walls of buildings are the way they are.

Hi.

Hierarchical bus system is used for improving system performance. Local bus is used in the hierarchical bus system for high speed communication between two components, e.g., processor and memory. Bus converter, such as conventionally known as north bridge in PC, is also connected to the local bus for lower speed busses.

5V: a chips power supply is 5V, so the inputs and outputs work with 5V

5V tolerant: chips power supply is below 5V (e.g.: 3.3V). 5V tolerant means you can apply 5V to its inputs without any doubts to damage the chip because of the higher voltage. That input can for example come from a 5V logic. But the chips outputs will always be 3.3V only.
