I want to build a device that will be connected or embedded to a car audio system in which the volume of the audio system will be controlled by the speed of the car that is , if the car is speeding, the volume will increase and it will decrease as the speed of the car reduces. Please i need useful info on how to go about it. Thanks to u all.

With old analog radios you might have a chance. There one could control the volume by a voltage-controlled attenuator, like an optoresistor lighted by a tachometer output proportionally.
Modern radios are computer-controlled, not allowing similar attempts. You will have to design your special audio amplifier to be added before loudspeakers, employing a similar analog control by tachometer output.
You can also use a wind-driven generator outside of the car to generate the control voltage.

I do not think it would be a reasonable project. If you want to play, go for it- maybe you could sell your new "speed-driven radio" to dangerous drivers on our roads.
