I need pc104 has the following:
Rs232
I2C
SPI
Thanks in advance...

pc104 is a standart for a formfactor (PCB shape) and communication bus - It's not a specific device
Why constrain yourself to this formfactor ?
Also, what microcontroller do you want to use (8/16/32 bit) ?
