hi,everybody! i want to design a single chip display controller, whose input data YUV stored in the sdram on the board. the panel
resolution is 760*480. this controller must have the scaler and osd function. how can design it efficiently? give me some advice about the design kit and the verification way. thanks.

Your question is a bit too generic. Could you give more specification? What's your output format? In other words, what's your target display device? I am assuming that your "panel" is an LCD panel.

In that case, I suggest you use Xilinx parts on your board and then you can experiment with different scaler and OSD functions. You could verify your basic functions in simulations and then use the board to do the heavy verification.

Hopes this help.
