Hi All,

I am ARUN PRAKASH working as a PCB DESIGN ENGINEER from MAY 2009. Right now it's been 3yr's of experience.I wish to change my Domain to VLSI as i am interested in it.Can you people please guide me , what are the things i need to do incase of learning and please share your suggestions......

Hi prateek ,

I am in India (Tamil Nadu) and i have completed my B.E in Electronics and Communication .... right now working as a PCB Designer with # year's of experience.
 

Arun I've also completed BE and am working as an embedded designer. And I'm going to get into VLSI or embedded.

To do that here you need a masters in VLSI as semiconductor companies recruit freshers from campus only.CDAC diploma etc are not good enough, AFAIK.

So you'll have to appear for GATE etc and go for MTech (I appeared for GATE this year)
