Hi
I am using IR2110 for driving mosfets of full bridge inverter. I have noticed that even though i am givn 15V as Vcc to driver, the gate pulses are 13.8 V to lower switch. why is this happening. Thank you.

Hi
I think your mosfet needed higher gate current . what is your frequency ? it is possible that : the current that the mosfet needed is high . and the Rdson internal mosfets are high . and the voltage will loss across the DS of internal mosfets of totem pole that you can see at the IC.

Hi
My switching frequency is 50Khz, mosfet is IRFPE50PBF with Qg being 200nC. I thought IR2110 with 2A peak driving capability should be enough for driviing the switches.Could there be any other reason for this drop.

Again Hi
Can you attach the circuit that you made please?
