side wall capacitance of the mosfet relation

What is the exact formula for the side wall capacitance of the MOSFET? In Rabaey it is given as

Csw ( 2L + W)

in Razavi it is given as

2Csw (L+W)

I believe the first one is right judging from the diagram but I want to make sure that the way I think about the side wall capacitance is right. So I would be really happy if you tell me the exact location this capacitance .

I think both definitions are used. If the drain side side-wall capacitance is already considered inside the MOSFET model (via the W parameter), it doesn't have to be included once more, hence the first form is used.
