Greetings!!
Required for a not for profit social enterprise a system-integrated micro controller and user interface that
regulates the function of a Hawkers's Solar Lantern based on proof of payments. It should be possible to switch on/off
the solar lantern through a SMS sent through Mobile phone.
Also need to develop a Revenue Management System, a centralized software solution
in the “cloud”, accessible via SMS gateway and over the internet, for payment processing and accounts settlement.

My English is bad.
do u mean u want a cellular phone to get a sms message , and the phone should in some way drive a micro controller to shut on/off a lantern ?

its a complicated gadget and not a cheap (if there is one in the market )find out a millionaire that can pay me .
its a lot of time and money to make one. and sorry i am not a millionaire sorry
more there are other gadgets that can thru internet access wireless or satellite work out a program that will help u.
