Anyone knows how to implement GAUSS-NEWTON METHOD in matlab or anyone is having MATLAB code for this

Dear almost all methods in book are available in MATLAB as build in function.
have you newer version like MATLAB2011b

ok go in command window
write gua and press tab key of keyboard
you will see all functions starting from gua.
try it then reply its a good trick.
