Msp430f5510_adc_internaltemp_docs

Hi all,

Where i can get the details regarding how to program the internal temperature sensor of MSP430F5510. I am unable to download MSP430x5xx/MSP430x6xx Family User's Guide .

It shows the file is damaged. So please provide me a link were i can det doc's related to programming ADC and internal temperature sensor of MSP430F5510 microcontroller.
