How do I shift a pulse?

Hi all, please how do I shift a pulse so that it occurs at a defined sequence in simulink or matlab? your help will be highly appreciated.

What kind of pulse do you want to do shifting , accurately? and how much shifting? and what kind of shifting? frequency , or phase , or amplitude? and what is your frequency? more describe about your aim , please.

Thanks for your response, I want to do position shifting that is using a time offset. I am using a monocycle pulse but a rectangular pulse will also do. the shift should be as accurate as possible. each pulse should be shifted by a random time sequence eg t=c*T+ae where T and e is constant and c changes in a random sequence [1,3,2,0] and a is a binary sequence say[1100]. Basically what I want is a PPM-Time hopping. Thank you so much.
