Hi
I want to simulate an opamp circuit in ADS, can anyone help me and tell me how I set these parameters that the opamp be same uA741 ??

Try to look at uA741 datasheet. And work on each of these parameters. Then you should be able to replace the default value of whatever op-amp in ADS it is by clicking on the value.

- Follow the hints in ADS manual describing the OpAmp model. There are also additional parameters not shown in your list.

- The manual instructs you to adjust the parameters to meet the device behaviour specified in datasheet.

- These generic OP models can only achieve a rough estimation of real device behavior. It depends on the unsaid purpose of your simulation if you can expect reasonable results. Basically, the listed parameters have at least a correct order of magnitude. So they may be sufficient for your purpose.

@darwinxie: from where I can download suitable datasheet?

@FvM: Is it possible to add these additional parameters to ADS opamp model?
What you mean from ADS manual?

I don't use ADS, but I have some manuals for reference. I see, that the OPAMP model parameters are documented in the manual Circuit Components - System Models.

I don't exactly know what's your motivation to use ADS for a simple 741 simulation. It seems to me like using a Formula One racing car for driving school. I would rather suggest simple, free SPICE versions.

If you really want 741-like behavior why not rip off the model
from PSPICE or LTSpice and just use it with whatever syntax /
compatibility tweaks it wants?

I want to simulate superheterodyne AM receiver in ADS with its blocks to prepare input AM modulated signal for my receiver, I find a schematic circuit for this goal that it used uA741 opamp and for this reason I want this
