Can i transfer image from a PC to my cell phone usng GPRS by using PIC microcontroller. What should i learn about it. and is there any better controller / processor for this purpose... i am just starting learning GSM module interfacing.

If you need to send picture/image from your PC to your cellphone using GPRS, then use a software to upload (or upload manually) pictures directly on some website. Then use web browser on your cellphone to download that picture on your cellphone.
But I think you meant something different, bcoz u were saying about GSM Modules... :D
