You need to be more specific with your requests.

What are the design specifications?

Have you attempted to code any part of the project? If so post your code with a description of the problems.

i just want to make the digital clock program in MPLAB, my friend will handle ISIS, we just need to do a clock with 4 digits 12 hour mode only: 12:00 04:40 (examples)
 

Are you going to use microcontroller, if so, What ?
