Hello, i want to know how to connect the DAC0800?
Is that the Vr+ and v+is connected to +10V, Vr- and V- is connected to -10V? How to connect the COMP?
What is the different between pin 2(~Iout) and pin 4(Iout)?Any extra connection for Iout?

Unless you are following special intentions and fully understood the function of each DAC0800 pin, you should refer to a standard schematic from the datasheet.

Vref+ and Vref- are the reference inputs and can't work when connected to the supply rails.
