Hi everyone. I need to simulate a circuit that has a 2.4ghz transmitter, a pair of directional antennae and a rectifying circuitry. I tried in pspice and multisim, but could not find models for antennae. Help me if anyone know about these..

Thanks for reply. I used EM simulation tools such as rfsim, eMgine and comsol. I find it difficult to design antenna along with the rectifying circuit that has discrete components. I hope u got my problem.

You need to simulate the antenna part and the rectifying circuit separately. I mean simulate your rectifying circuit using pspice/multisim and the antenna using rfsim/eMgine/comsol. If both the parts work perfectly, then you can integrate them.

What type of antenna are you planning to fabricate. Is it a patch antenna or a monopole ?

i want to use microstrip patch antenna. I have both emgine and multisim. Designed individually as u said. Could u explain the integration steps? I would be grateful to u if this works out :)
