Hi'i want to cut pcb's like circle shape.normally 8 inch,10 inch 12 inch and 15 inches radius.normally 100 pieces each radius.can i get any information about how can do it easy and fast .thanks

You could try clamping them in a pile and using a template and a router?

Though a single board is thin, it's made of dense resin. Hard to cut through.

It should be possible to set up a jig on a band saw table.

Attach a bunch of boards together. Drill a hold in the center.

Set a post through the hole, down into the bandsaw table. Set it at whatever distance from the blade that you want the cut to be.

Rotate the bunch around as the saw slices. Your boards will come out perfect circles.

=============================

In case you need boards only (no copper cladding)...

Can you get by with a similar substance such as countertop veneer? I believe it's made of resin. Don't know if it's anti-static. If you check around, a local outfit will custom cut your boards for you. Or custom pour them. Depends on whether your order is cost-effective.

Fiberglass? Epoxy? Etc.

I've never heard of plastic being used as a circuit board. It's prone to melt. However there may be heat resistant varieties of plastic.

Your PCB Manufacturer can help you if they are using CNC operated machines to develop your Design.
