How i can install converter rs232 to rs485 ?!!

Hello,

This is my first post in the forum and i am honored to join the forum to be the start to learning the electronics.

My problem in brevity i have barcode reader connect by rs232 i want to do I connect it to a distance of up to 150 meters for that i Decided convert it to rs485 and back it again to rs232 been used this converter like this image in link below:

but another brand i see on green board to my converter "GND" , "V 9" and " D+" , "D-"

I tried connect the out puts in first converter with same out puts in the second converter.

GND = GND
D+ = D+
D- = D-
V9 = V9

but did not work , i also tried get on "V9" from external adaptor and connect the power with "V9" but without use and two min and the converter burned

i tried also get on ground from the external adaptor but same thing.

Please help me, how i can connect this two devices.

RS232 --> Converter(RS485) --> Converter(RS485) --> RS232

Notes: i was test with cable just 3 meter.
