there is only 1 Tx pin and 1 Rx pin in the Pic 16f877a.
If i use the tx and rx pin for remote control circuit, can i use the same pin to connect to PC for serial comm?

I have an idea for my remote control circuit, not sure can it work.
i am NOT using any Microcontroller for my TX part of the remote control,my Tx circuit is just TWS module to HT12E to 2 input switches.
However, my RX circuit is connected to PIC16f877a. i am thinking of directly fed the output data from HT12D to any port of the PIC16f877a which the data will act as an input. If the data is high, the PIC process the data and the buzzer will goes off.

Is this possible??

You can multiplex TX signal and choose the device you need to control at time.
Once another RX is not required at uC, there is no restrictions to do what you said.
