Does any one have a hex and schematic for usb rs232 converter using pic16f84 or 6208 or 12f628

not all the pins only the rs232 txd and rxd output

An USB to RS232 converter would need to use an USB enabled PIC like PIC18F2450, or a didicated converter chip, e.g. FT232.

1 yes but have a schematic and source hex for pic18f4550 based usb rs232 converter and it is possible tu use a sampe max232 for usb rs232 converter if i need only txt rxt and gnd pinout and what is the driver and schematic

MAX232 is a level converter. it is just covert RS232 level to TTL and you need either an FT232 or an USB enabled PIC like PIC18F2450 for usb interfacing as said by FvM.

edit: pic18f4550 also have usb support
