Hi good day everyone! Can anyone help me simulate the RF to DC converter circuit that I have created in Agilent ADS? I want to know the output voltage given an input frequency (915 Mhz) and also the correct specs like the width and length for my microstrip design? THank you

1) design an antenna
2) design a bandpass/ low pass filter
3) design a rectifier cct ( diode)
4) combine all the design together with matching circuit

If you have the circuit, run a Transient analysis. Inject an AC signal and look at the output node voltage vs. time to see the result.

As for microstrip, since you have ADS, go to Tools and start LineCalc. Use an MLIN (Microstrip LINe), enter your substrate parameters, enter your frequency and impedance/electrical length values, then hit the Synthesize button.
