I am like to design a 8 channel digital energy meter using 8051. Is there any ic to calculate energy consumption of 8 single phase line separately??... plz share ur knowledge with me...



expecting specification:

it should give the power consumption in units.
it should have the capability to store the data in memory
power ON/OFF do not reset the memory



PLZZZZ help me.....

Have you got any ICs?....I am looking for a Single chip which cam measure 4 Single phase simultaneously
