If anyone can clear up a question, I would be grateful. I have a computer monitor with a dvi-d plug. I ordered an hdmi dvd player, so to connect the 2 I also bought an hdmi to dvd-d adapter. That covers video. Now for audio I have some computer speakers with a mini stereo jack so I purchased a rca to stereo adapter to cover the sound and I will plug it onto the dvd player (it supports rca and hdmi if you were wondering) Just wondering, is that all I need to do? Parts are coming in the mail so I cant test it yet. Just getting second thoughts. Thanks!

On the HDMI there is audio and video stream is embeeded many times.....so what I will recomend you to do is check for audio out from your monitor or TV and give it to the seperate Speakers stereo jack....

Good Luck
