    Does anyone know the temperature coefficients of the following integrated components?

    diode (Voltage/Temperature)
    base diffused resistor (Resistance/Temperature)
    transistor hfe (gain/Temperature)

    All are for bipolar IC process. Thanks.

    difference process is different. biplor have many kind of process.
